Refund & Cancellation Policy – Krav Maga Courses

We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for both students and the school, please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

1. Full Refund
If you cancel within 7 days of booking, you will receive a full refund.

2. Partial Refund or Transfer
If you cancel after 7 days of booking but before the course starts, you are eligible for:

50% refund. Alternatively, you may transfer your payment to another upcoming course (subject to availability).

3. No Refund
No refunds will be given if:
- You do not cancel and fail to attend.
- You start the course but stop attending before completion.

4. How to Cancel
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email to instructor@krav-maga-auckland.co.nz
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
